Experience:

What you'll be doing:
- Dependability required to ensure consistent care, maintain legal documentation, and uphold nursing standards within our designated scope
- Low nurse/patient ratio
- Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure efficient care delivery tailored to the needs of our members while aligning with our client's vision and mission.
- Understanding and respecting the diverse backgrounds of our members to provide effective care.
- Administering medication, completing IV therapy and wound care as needed
What we are looking for:
- A valid NYS LPN license is required.
- Strict adherence to confidentiality laws is essential.
- Prior experience in long-term care or geriatrics is preferred.
- Strong assessment skills are necessary for occasional post-op and emergency care.
- CPR certification is mandatory.
- General computer proficiency.
- Ability to work independently
